Though you might not recognize it for such, you brain is the most powerful organ you have under your own control, and you can do some amazing things with your subconscious. Everything that you do, say and create is a creation of your mind and you might be surprised how often the power of your subconscious mind is in control of whatever you do.

For example, if you wish to change the channel on the TV, you think about it and then you do so. But, have you ever noticed you picked up the remote and quickly changed a channel without ever once thinking about why you did what you did? If so, have you ever stopped to think about your actions? More than likely, you did not because the action was a subconscious one. Without knowing it you were using subconscious mind power!

Now, how does such an action occur? Perhaps a commercial for a product you disliked appeared on the screen and this subconsciously triggered the reaction to change the channel. Yes, the subconscious mind can have an enormous impact on how we act. That is why it is so important to train yourself to utilize the power of your subconscious mind. Such training can lead to an overall improvement in the quality of our lives we never thought possible.

Through the proper harnessing of the power of the subconscious mind, an individual can truly live out his or her true potential. Far too often we are told about the ‘evils and dangers’ that lurk in the subconscious. While there is certain value in understanding the dark side of human psychology, only looking at the negative comes with many unfortunate consequences.

There are positive things that lurk in our subconscious as well, and in that, you are going to find that your subconscious is a great tool that you can use to support yourself. Some people think that this is too difficult for them, but the truth of the matter is that you are looking at something that just about anyone could do. When you want to guide your subconscious, you are looking at something that can be accomplished through a series of simple processes. Consider how you can take a brief look at some of the ways that are you going to be able to get good results.

When you first start out, the best thing to work on is your affirmation. Using this ability will give you a more positive outlook on life and help you achieve your goals. Even though it’s just the initial step, it’s a monumental part of the process.

For example, if someone needed to complete a daunting task they were not truly inclined to become involved with, they might feel a deep tired feeling come over them. With affirmations, you can do things like quit smoking or drinking or even overeating. With constant repetition of your affirmation, you can tap into your subconscious mind and get the response and the level of commitment that you need to move forward; this can really change your behavior for the better!

There are lots of other ways that you can use the subconscious mind as well. Using a post hypnotic suggestion is one great tool to use. There is also a relatively new process known as brainwave synchronization or binaural beats, which involves listening to special sound frequencies with headphones. This puts you almost instantly into a deep meditative state which allows your ‘conscious self’ to communicate with your subconscious mind.

There is evidence that this can actually be taken much further. Buddhist monks for example are able to use the power of their subconscious mind so successfully that they can exhibit what some would call ’supernatural’ powers such as levitation and invisibility.

What it comes down to is you have to manipulate the way your subconscious thinks. There are even movies like, ‘The Secret’ that delivers all kinds of information on the subconscious mind. It deals with the Law of Attraction and how positive thinking can change your life in several different positive ways.

This type of thinking has been known to date as far back as the ancient religions. They were able to use the logic behind quantum physics and show the world just the kind of abilities our minds actually have within them. However, before you start training, the first thing that needs to be noted is that you have to have an open mind. If you believe it is possible, then it will be.

Your subconscious mind is a lot more powerful than you might have ever thought possible. Don’t underestimate it, and don’t overlook the benefits of using it. Not only can you change the way that your life is going, you are going to be able to change the world around you!

Remote viewing secrets are not such a secret since everyone has some natural ability for remote viewing whether they realize it or not. Although many people do not know how to use their ability, many others do know how. However, while using these remote viewing secrets you can learn to develop or reactivate your abilities.

You should take a few moments daily for meditation to help you learn how to use your natural remote viewing abilities. In fact, meditation can aid you in making the most of your natural abilities. You will need to find a quite area of your home where you can breathe, relax and focus your energy.

To help you in becoming a remote viewer, if possible, have another person sit in an opposite room. If not, call a very close friend or relate who you know very well and tell them to make a few hand gestures over the next half hour or so. The most important part of these remote viewing secrets is that you get rid of all distraction. Unplug the phone, turn off the television, and put away all other visual and noisy distractions. It can be very distracting trying to meditate in a messy home. Clear away all the clutter from the area where you meditate, make it a clean and organized area. Lucid Dreamer Highlights

Wouldn�t it be nice to have a lucid dream, to be aware you are dreaming and control what happens? Of course you do, but how does one learn to do this?

You also need to think about exactly why you want to become a lucid dreamer. What are the benefits of dreaming lucidly? To help us find the benefits, let us first look at ‘normal’ sleep.

Why is lucid dreaming different from normal sleep? When you lie down to go to sleep, your eyes close and hopefully you go to sleep. When you wake up you remember dreaming something or you don�t remember anything at all.Kind of strange when you think about it.

Normal sleep just seems to serve the purpose of simply refreshing ourselves in order to live out the next day. But what if you could control that period of time that you have dreams?

How would you like to control what you do while in your dream? Control the events that happen in it in any way you like. A lucid dreamer is in complete control of their dreams.They are able to enter the spiritual realm of existence far removed from what exists in the physical waking hours.

If you want to become a lucid dreamer, how do you manage it? There are two main ways. The first is what’s called a dream initiated lucid dream, or DILD. That’s when the dreamer realizes they’re dreaming in the middle of a dream, restoring their consciousness without leaving the dreaming state itself.

WILD refers to a wake initiated lucid dream. You slip into a dream before you are fully asleep. Instead of going to sleep before you dream you simply enter into the dream with your mind still conscious.

How do you go about achieving these two states of lucid dreaming?

Dream Recall

If you’d like to lucid dream, perhaps one of the most successful way of doing so is known as dream recall. Dream recall is simply the ability to remember one’s dreams. By remembering your dreams, you are able to recognize them when you are sleeping, because most likely, you will have the same dream, or at least aspects of it, more than once.

The way to practise dream recall is by keeping a dream journal. The dream journal is meant as a tool to write down anything you can remember about your dream, in order to recall it for the future. This should be done right after waking up; otherwise dreams will become harder to remember.

Mnemonic Induction of Lucid Dreams (MILD)

Dr Steven LaBerge is a leading scientist who studies lucid dreaming. He was the founder of MILD. This method involves telling yourself you will remember your dreams or perhaps an object in the dream. When you see the object while dreaming it will trigger your mind into knowing you are in a dream.

Wake-Back-to-Bed (WBTB)

The process here is to go to sleep, doing nothing but setting your alarm to wake you up a few hours later (5 or 6). Once you wake up, DO NOT go back to sleep. Instead, do something else like read for a while, or think as much as you can about lucid dreaming for around an hour then go back to bed.

This technique of learning to lucid dream has a sixty percent success rate according to Stephen LaBerge. You have waked up during the dream cycle of your sleep which is referred to as REM. This is like a trigger telling your mind that you want to be aware when you are dreaming.

Cycle Adjustment Technique

This was created by Daniel Love, and what it is, is setting your alarm to wake you up an hour and a half before your normal time. Once you’ve adjusted to waking up early, alternate your alarm to wake you up normally and early. During times you are to wake up normally, you’re body will already be ready to wake up early, and therefore, you will be likely to be awake in your dream.

WILD refers to Wake Initiation of Lucid Dreams

This method was described before. If you would like to achieve a lucid dream this way, all you have to do is to keep your mind awake while you body falls asleep. This is perhaps the most interesting way of entering a lucid dream. It is as if you are getting ready to watch a movie. You are in the real world, you sit on your couch, you turn on the TV and press play (starting to sleep), the screen is black (in the same way as when your eyes are closed), and all you have to do is wait for the movie to actually start.

There are several different ways to hold onto awareness, including imagining going up or down a flight of stairs, chanting, counting numbers, breaths, or anything else, breathing control, and muscle relaxation. These and other self-hypnosis methods will give you something to concentrate on, but don’t do this when you’re tired, or you may lose consciousness.

Technology has moved on in recent years, and there are various devices like dreaming masks and other scientific appliances which contain such things as strobe lights to induce lucid dreams.

The best and easiest way to achieving the state of lucid dreaming is by using headphones.You should listen to sounds that naturally alter your brainwaves, these are called binaural beats.

These work by synchronizing the two hemispheres of the brain and have the effect of almost instantaneously changing your brainwaves to the REM frequency needed for a lucid dream to occur.

Combined with the self hypnosis sessions and affirmations to prepare your subconscious mind beforehand, becoming a lucid dreamer is something that everyone can now experience!

The Secret Law Of Attraction And Your New Life

More and more people are discovering a new way of thinking which allows you to focus on your goals and by using something knowing as the law of attraction, be able to achieve whatever you desire.

This new thought process is not out of your grasp; in fact it helps to bring anything you want within your grasp. This type of thinking is based on a philosophy espoused by Abraham Hicks called the secret law of attraction.

The theories behind the law of attraction have been around in one form or another since man first began to question his place in the universe. Approximately one hundred years ago, advances were made in being able to feel the powers of the universe in your mind.

You may have also heard the old adage: ‘If you dream it, you can achieve it.’ Both of these techniques are completely legitimate, but they only touch the surface of the much larger concept of the universal law of attraction.

If you are planning on making the law of attraction work for you, you need to train your mind to use it. The first step in your training is to have only positive thoughts. This is actually more difficult than it sounds. You need to take all the doubts and secret fears you hold in the back of your mind and sweep them clean away.
